This morning I got on my Xbox One and I had an update for the preview program. After doing it it took me to my home screen but when I tried to launch my game it wouldn't let me because I wasn't connected to the internet, I checked and I was and when I tried to disconnect and reconnect it came up with the error message that my console was banned? I don't know if this is an error, but I can still see who's online and it says I am connected, I have also been playing this weekend for the Weapon 2XP on BO3. Can someone help me out please?

test your network connection it will tell you if your console banned or not.

Well if it lets you sign into the account then you're not banned from XBL, it may be a Bo3 ban or a little glitch because something like this always happens to me on GTA but once I quit the game and reset it then it works fine
