So I've recently decided that im going to build a PC im spending 1k on the computer and Im trying to keep it around that price mark. So I guess what im asking is when you order a case do they usually come with a Disk Drive Preinstalled? or will I have to buy disk drive. and what type of disk drive will i need, as i will most likely only use it to install drivers and the OS to my computer.

This is the case I will be getting

No cases do not come with hard drives unless they are bundle together in a special deal of some sort.

Personally I wouldn't buy that case, there is better alternatives. If you're looking for a white case, there is the NZXT S340, Enthoo Pro M, Define R4/5 White, H440.

Wasn't he talking about DVD disk drive? Either way that is unlikely to come with case as well.

First off, that case is crap, for that price you'd want to be looking for something a bit more high-end that is made properly, not by some retarded robots in Hong Kong.

To answer your question though, cases are bought as shells unless specifically sold as a bundle. So no, you will need to purchase a ODD if you require 1.

Lets be honest though, discs are so 2011.

That case is bad. It's not a premium case at all, it's marketed as a "gaming" case so that people buy it because it looks 'cool'. Get an S340 instead, it has a PSU shroud, nice side window, comes in white and is a far better case. Trust me when I say buying that DIYPC case is going to be a lot more hassle than it's worth, a bunch of us here have experience of buying stupid, bad quality cases and you're better off just getting something decent to begin with, which that DIYPC case is not.

Cases usually do not come with anything like optical drives or anything, unless you find a combo deal on some website. However, you don't need an optical drive. They're honestly useless these days IMO, I've not used one in well over a year. You should be downloading the latest drivers for your components from official websites, as opposed to using discs, discs included with your components often have dated drivers on them as they've been sitting in storage for some times. For OS, you can make a bootable USB and install your OS via USB, which is also faster than installing via disc.

I'm like 93.5% sure that the Enthoo Pro M doesn't come im white, only black, green, and that big ass acrylic window version.
