Hello, I have 16GB of this memory [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

and when i am on Speccy it shows that my memory is running at 1067MHz, which I am very confused by.... is this normal??

This is perfectly fine. Because RAM runs in dual channel, speccy will only show half of the speed that your getting because its reading from one channel. So if you double 1067mhz, you'll get 2133Mhz which is what your actually running at.
