I normally get 2 free packs a week one for season pass or something like that and one for buying the special edition but I havent got them this week. Have they ran out?

Yeah they have run out. I spoke to an EA advisor and although some places, you get 40 packs throughout the course of 40 weeks, other are 40 packs throughout 20 weeks. But yeah, they are done, i didnt get mine either

I stupidity thought they built up, I forgot to log on my account every week and only got 2 packs throughout the period

Damn that sucks.
To be honest, they did actually used to build up but they stopped that.
Another thing i found out was that you will only get the two packs if you log in through the console or web app for that week.
