I have a character on xbox one with money and level 150 but want to play gta on ps4 now without losing my progress? anyway to do that? I hate the xbox. ps4 so much better. +rep if anyone figures out

If you haven't used the Character Transfer Feature at all! then yes just go on PS4 and click character transfer! then sign into the social club linked to your xbox accout

If you have used the Character Transfer feature, then i'm afraid there is no other option to do this.

Thanks for the answer. I used it to transfer from Xbox 360 to One a couple years ago.
