Learn how to play before you start worrying about cases, keys, skins and knives.

If you bought the game to try and make money from case openings, don't play it. You're wasting your time.

If you want genuine tips on learning how to play, here's some;

    Figure out which guns you like to use (don't start in competitive, play casual games to figure this out)

    Learn how to use the weapons. i.e spray and recoil, bursting, etc.

    Crouch when shooting, unless you're using a pistol. Crouching and standing still is ALWAYS more accurate then running and spraying at somebody.

    Learn the maps and callouts, although it might be a little difficult when your not playing competitive, the callouts will help you.

    Know when to save and when to buy (you'll understand when you play competitive)

    Learn how to effectively use grenades, all types of grenades. There are countless youtube videos on how to do this.

Best thing to learn how to play is watch streams/YouTube videos showing you how to play.
TheWarOwl has a good series called "Matchmaking Academy" among other playlists that teach you how to play the game.

You should learn callouts of the maps; primary maps that people play are Dust II, Mirage, Inferno and Cache.

Other than that, it is practice, practice, practice.
