If i created an account on xb1 and i transfered it to 360 and got in to a cash drop lobby would i still have the money when i transfer back to xb1

None of that is possible.
You cant transfer backwards.
And you can only transfer once, in this case, you'd have to delete your xbox one character for the 360 character, and start all over, if you have no 360 progress.
