Try hard resetting it a few times, see if that does anything, or try changing your DNS to the Google Public DNS (8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4).

Other than that, try send/take is back to where you got it from, and get another one..?

It could be a Hardware failure.

Keep rebooting, it should bootup eventually. I had a look and this looks like an update based error, so you need to use this tool if the issue still persists.

Not a fix but i sent mine in under warranty for something else and got a new one with a 12 year live subscription might as well get a free year.

members have given you proper links to fix make sure you read the instructions this should be fixable with a USB

I have one with this E200 00000074 00000000 i think i have narrowed it down to hardware issue. most update fixes can be fixed from this link make sure you read it first and understand it before you attempt fix
