Not bad for a first try, not my style but you do what you like ;) You should try getting some cheap canvas based shoes (Like converse, slip on vans...) and try doing some actual designs on them, use a pencil to draw it out and then use acrylic/fabric paints or pens to colour it in. I did some zombie feet for my little brother earlier this year.

This paint is probably gonna chip off. Those are boots not shoes. Also they are work boots, which is doesn't look like you'll be doing much work in. Enjoy your blue work boots.
