This is better for the price, you can overclock the CPU a bit and it will be more than sufficient for adding in another 380 later on (if you feel the need for that much GPU power for CS:GO).

Edited the suggestion above a little so you could manage to fit an SSD in for the boot drive. You can still OC the BCLK on the 6500, I wouldn't do much with the stock cooler though so you'll want to add an aftermarket cooler at some point if you want to bump the BCLK up a fair bit. Still has XFire support so you can add a 2nd 380 at any point.
