I've just watched someone who is level 511 and is near the top of the leaderboards and he started a custom SnD with 7 friends and as soon as the game started they all left the game and when the message saying 'enemies forfeiting in 20 seconds' appeared they all joined back and then the game ended? I don't know if this will help but just thought it might be a way to do it
