Honestly, I think you're overacting and need to be patient for a little bit. You need to chill out. He has a decent amount of positive feedback on his post. Maybe you should try PM'ing him in a civilized manner instead of making posts like this to get his attention. If I was him I would give you your money back and not do business with you. Try to get his attention maybe he did something wrong and needs to re-do it.
