If it was a disk coming from (Russia?) then in theory it should work as xbox one games are region free, even from and in non marketed countries. However this being digital I'm not sure, the comments on that link seems fairly positive but obviously the only way to find out is to follow the steps as far as possible until something doesn't work. One thing that's clear is if your under 18 (child's account) this wont work.
