Hi I'm interested in getting into pc a little, but I don't know much about graphics cards, RAM, etc. I also wasn't really planning on building one. Does anyone know a place that I can get a decent PC for a good price? (less than $650)

I would highly recommend you try to build it yourself over buying a pre-built one. Think of it being the grown-up version of Lego, it looks a lot harder than it actually is. There are also tons of videos online to help you build your PC.

Here is a build that I would recommend it runs for about $715 right now you can remove about $40 by removing the SSD and maybe a couple $$ with a smaller power supply.

If you have any questions please ask! (You Will Have To Build This System)
*EDIT*
Okay so I removed the SSD and got a smaller power supply now it's about $650
