As the user above said when you get banned you should get an email about why and how long.

I know on the 360 when you would try to sign into the account it would say banned to ..... I am not sure if its the same with the xbox one

its not that im banned though its just account restrictions

usually the Xbox Enforcement doesn't ban you for "Bantering". Maybe Think of other reasons you could've been banned.

considering i got banned for using one curse word is ridiculous
