Definitely Fallout 4, your first game should be a single player game that you can have fun with whenever you want. I've played all of those games but have put over 4 days on fallout 4. Would recommend over all of them.

In my opinion,

BO3 is probably the best game you could possibly play right now,
Its fun to play around with friends and leveling yourself up is rewarding

Out of those games its between GTA V and Fallout and ive never played fallout so im not sure what its like.
