Im about to buy a 12k fifa point account but im wondering if i can access it on the fut web app? so if i like go on the console load it all up and then go onto it on fut web app will it work?

Yes it should work. As long as you load it up on the console first.

It depends if he has the same account details to his Fifa (ea) account, as for me I have a different email for the ea login.
