Personally anything related to Dunwich has always been creepy. (Like the dunwich building in F3, and the borers in 4.) Its just really fascinating to know the story of these locations. Another one is Pickmans gallery. It to has a nice story to it, and you get a nice reward for helping him ;). Im currently about to visit some of the other locations listed.

You got the pip boy locations for some of these I would love to find some of em but im more into doing sidequests and whatnot then actually fully exploring everything.
