Nope. NVidia don't have a competing GPU for the 380. The 970 is significantly more expensive, and is closer to 390 performance anyway. GTX 960 is your closest 380 equivalent from NVidia, technically, but the 380 is vastly superior. GTX 960 is pretty much a terrible choice.

and if putting windows 7 on a flashdrive will let me install it once i upgrade my pc?
