I ran a check on my computer. and it says I could play Fallout 4 on medium with about 37 FPS with medium graphics and such. Or should I just go with the console version?

What are you specs? those websites that say you can run it are barley ever that accurate.
Personally the PC version is always better with modding & command console support.
