It's probably going to be a standalone DLC in a little while, just like they did with nuketown zombies in black ops 2, which costs about $5 alone.
Right now, you can only get the map in a bundle, like the Digital Deluxe, Hardened, Juggernog, Season Pass.
The only way to get it is by buying the SP or gameshare (PS4) or licence transfer (XB1) with someone who has it.
