Okay, well same question but without the G-Sync on the 1440?

You asking what your preference is I don't know what you'd want.

What will it be used for.

I don't know what my preference is, I have never used a G-Sync monitor before, and I've only ever had a crappy 1080p monitor and a mediocre 4k monitor.

I will use it mainly for gaming. Maybe watch a movie every now and then.

What GPU do you have? If it is a powerful card, 1080p would be a waste. I would've stuck with the 4k, but 1440p will do.

Why do you need 144hz anyway? And GSync?

I have a 980 ti SC+
And Idk why I need it, I guess I just want what ever is best. I also sold my 4K monitor because I didn't like the Dell model I had. It had horrible glares and even at the lowest brightness it was far too bright.

I would not advise you get a 1080p monitor with a 980ti.

25 inches is too big for my desk space. My 4k monitor was 24 inches and I was constantly having to turn my head to see sides of the screen.

Sit a bit further back from your monitor then. 1440p panels smaller than 24" looks weird, and 4k under 27" looks weird. 1080p with a 980Ti is ridiculous IMO.

You could just get the U2515H and OC it.

Or one of these;

They're known to OC well typically.

Smallest decent 1440p panel you'll get;
