Has any one had this glitch where you are in a lobby and there is more than 4 people i was in a lobby and there was 8 people with 4 people max just wondering if any one has had the same issue

I haven't had this issue in zombies but I have in multiplayer its had 14 people in a lobby and says 12 max but the game won't start till 2 people leave

yes this had happend so many times when the game starts it just kicks out 4 people its getting really annoying
