I play on 360 too, i agree with you its whole different than 15. Every now and then I get demolished by a nonrare-pace team so that sucks.
You just have to find a formation and a balanced squad to play with and hope for an update to fix some things

Im like 15Wins - 24 Losses - 11Draws.

The defence on silvers that i always come up against can never get past them :/
