There are plenty of free VPS/VPN services that offer IP's from just about every state in America and it's not hard to connect to it via your xbox.

Find me a reliable VPS that offers you a legit IP from any country you want for free and i'll give you a handshake

It's called using VCC and free trials...

Search the internet there are plenty of methods out there.

Plus I know for a fact Cyberghost offers a free service with at least 30 reliable US servers.

Aslong as you buy it on the US store you will be able to play it early, buying on UK, changing to US and installing will not work. I bought on Hong Kong store and its letting me play it early
