I'm trying to get to level 3 to get the Gemini, know any fast ways to level her up

Just complete quests and such. I recommend just grinding them they really help.

Do alot of HoW (House of Wolves) Uh farm around the yellow enemies to increase it when you dont have bounties and when you do have bounties. Thats about it ^_^

Just do her quest's and do her bounties. That is probably the fastest way to get it up.
