Upload the conversation, it's worth a try, it may help.
Check your email, if it says the person 'sent you $10' then he sent as family and friends, but if it says that you 'received a payment' then he sent as goods.
If he sent as family and friends then you will most likely win the dispute unless he did an unauthorised payment dispute, in that case he has a chance of winning the dispute.

I have 2 paypals I had one for friends/family and the other for payments from hosting so could I just switch to the other one ?

dont use oaypla man its not worth it dip paaypal and start accepting somewhere where people cant charge back thats what i do

No, still go against his claims. They will check what IP sent the payment etc. I recently had an unauthorised payment dispute after selling something on eBay, within a day paypal closed the dispute as they couldn't prove it was unauthorised. The only way he can win is if he actually went through the hassle of sending the payment on another IP address, which is unlikely.
