Pish wrote It sensibly all the time and you will be fine.

Crash diet and you will balls up your system.

Doing this and getting back to a regular diet will see you increase weight again making it completely pointless.

A good diet and exercise plan is the way to go.
So if i go on a regular lowcarb/lowfat healthy eating diet once im done, ill increase my weight again? how does that work? is it because my body will absorb all the new calories im consuming? so would i be able to add 1 regular meal instead of the dinner what would i need to eat?

I would drink a smoothie for breakfast without any food. For dinner i would have a healthy meal a good example would be a low fat tuna salad pasta. Then for your final meal of the day have some lean meat along with another smoothie. The lean meat is rich in protein which is good as these shakes have little protein.

Just eat normally.

My wife has been trying to lose weight and just sorted her meals out.
Dropped all the shit fats and sugars and is doing great.

Lean meats, salad, veg and fruits.
Dont blend the fruits though as that is worse as releases the sugars and shit.

You will better in the long run rather than feeling shit for a bit then whacking it back on because you starved your system of the fats it actually needs
