so i just bought a skin from the site and my trade url is right and eveything but i never recieved a trade from them? do i need to send them the trade or do they send it to me?

They automatically send you the trade offer. You can go to Account>item purchases and see if the trade offer has been delivered or if its awaiting delivery.
If its been 30mins or so and you still havent gotten anything make a ticket with support.

No idea. Sometimes the webpage hasnt subtracted the funds right after you pay but once you refresh the page the amount you have will be correct. Other than that, i dont know.

Have you got a trade ban of any kind? IF they give you the points back it means the offer was sent but not accepted or couldn't be sent. Try trading with a friend to see if it lets you!
