So we've had this problem with our internet where the Broadband connection on our DSL goes out and will not work at all. Each time this happens (once a week), we have to have a technician come and fix our internet line. They fix it, it works for 2-3 days and goes back down. We've done everything (new lines, new modems, and new cables) but the problem still persists. This issue has been happening for almost a year now and it's very annoying when I play xbox and get kicked off!! Anybody know a solution to this, or what we can tell att so they will fix it? Also, we are in a 2 year contract so we have to wait another year to switch to charter. If any of you help me find a solution I will +Rep. Thanks for all the help!

If it helps, we always receive errors NAD-3304 and NAD-3305. Our router is a Motorola NVG589.

I always get a red flashing light on the front of my router, but it normally comes back in within seconds. It's not a very good internet plan to use if you game because you'll lag out a lot.

It works great when it doesn't have the disconnection issue. If I could fix that I wouldn't have a problem with it.

Ok before my mom kicked me out stupid but anyway i had this with Verizon and it would do the same thing. So what you have to do is get a different provider for your internet and another thing do you live in a house or apartment for this question if you live in a apartment it will do that i did live in one and the internet would cut off and on its the wiring of the apartment they might be old or something.

I live in an older house so it may be the wiring, but they replaced the internet line a few days ago and I'm still having this issue. We must wait one year untill we can switch providers and the only other providers we can recieve are charter and verizon. Do any of those offer contract buyouts?
