well making money on the website could be hard due to the many people who provide similar services for modding or whatever, but making money online, you could always use Bing Rewards

Modding will not bring you money.
It is rare that someone will pay for the service you offer.

If you want to make money online learn how to program, or make websites.

The best service to do is offer people two and a half page essays for $5 each.

Takes around 10-30 mins to do.

Get an easy job like clothing store, they do decent hours and decent pay for doing basically nothing.
