I want to upgrade and it is telling me I am good to go. But it is saying "Okay, notify me when ready".

How long do I have to wait? Is anyone else getting this?

Microsoft is rolling out the upgrades in Waves, meaning not everyone will be upgrading at the same time. This means that your location hasn't been included in the upgrade yet, but it will soon enough, no worries.

Just got to wait for Microsoft to roll out the update in your area.

Okay, I am glad I am not the only one experiencing this. And you made me not worry. Thank you.

A Windows 10 Update isn't there for me yet. So I have to wait until they're ready.

Make sure you press check for new updates

i had to install another update before that tho, something about updated settings. Just make sure if you have pending updates, update every thing, then win 10 will pop up as a update. Either that or the wave hasn't hit your area yet.
