im doing everything the same way as the tutorial and i dont get loan messi or the points and ive tried it on multiple accounts i dont understand? if anyone can help me get this issue sorted i will give you a free account if you make the email?

You must be doing something wrong because It's fine for me

If you aren't then try hard resetting your xbox

EDIT: The servers are being shit for me atm so it could be that
