It will probably take a couple years for the dubbed anime to catch up to the subbed version(I said catch up not finish). Their is no way possible (IMO) to make the episodes come out sooner. Only way to release faster dubbed version is to lower the quality down by a lot(by that i mean the voice sync) and it's not like anyone is paying to watch it everyone just searches for it online. Why put the work and effort to something when you don't get paid. I am also not saying to go buy a bunch of anime shit just because dubbed anime WILL always be their last priority. So long story short stop watching dubbed and watch sub.

I would just watch them in Japanese with subtitles if i were you the voices are way better too
