So, I have gotten into modding, and I started on minecraft, and I want to evolve from a savegame modder to an ISO modder. I have a few questions about this, if anyone is willing to help me.
1.
Retail or JTAG/RGH
Do I need a JTAG/RGH to run these mods? I have both disc (ISO) and download version. (if you need to have a JTAG/RGH, don't bother continuing)
2.
Where to get one, or how to make one
I want to know a way of making some sort of mod menu, or where to find one.
3.
How to install on download (if possible)
As said, how would I install mods on a downloaded version?

You don't need a rgh/jtag to use ISO mods you need to put the disc in your Xbox/PS3 whatever it is. Not in disc tray
