Personally I think it comes off as a little edge, or too unprofessional looking, for a security company.
Don't get me wrong, I think the design is great, but it doesn't seem like something that would be used for someone trying to sell their Security services. Looks more like a design for someone trying to appeal to a teenage crowd, or an EDM artist.
Since number ratings are what all the cool kids do these days, I'd say 8.5/10, solid design and work, but I think it would have a better use for something else.

I definitely see your point.
Honestly I was looking at it, and thinking wow this looks almost like one of those generic youtube tutorial logos...
I guess the execution was poor from what I had imagined.
I just thought the G4SA could fit nicely together with the right angles.

For some reason I do not see this logo as a security company's logo? I think it looks a bit basic and as Scizor said 'un-professional'
I, personally, believe where the G and the 4 intercept, the bottom part of the 4 should also be red
Other than that, the logo design looks good
