Okay so the problem is my battery runs down really quick and I don't really use any apps?
People in Apple said it could be a firmware or something like ? How do I fix it ?

Update to the latest iOS, it suppositly helps battery life. There are also battery saving tweaks on Cydia if you're jailbroken.

They said last time to fullback and restore or something like that, cause it might say I have a 1% when I have about 20%

I can't see it being the firmware at all. How long have you had the handset for? If you have had it for more than 2 years, there may be a strong possibility that the battery is dying (considering they're only Li-on batteries). Luckily, the batteries are very easy to replace.

My 5s battery is the worst. I will have it charged to 100% in the morning, and by the time my lunch break comes around at work it'll be at like 30% without me even touching it in the 4 hours. I talked to apple, it's simply just the battery failing. If your warranty is up, you will have to replace the battery yourself or pay an arm and a leg.

Just check the apple website to see if you're eligible for a free battery repair. I did that with my 5s and I wasn't even under warranty
