What do you mean by "duplicated them with the elegy"

Like you buy an elegy then you get your friend to park their car up at the side of the garage then shoot the elegy until it goes on fire then jump out the elegy and into your friends car and it will duplicate your friends car but it wont sell because it was an elegy at first, but if you did this with say a Rebel then it would sell because the Rebel is sell able, this was the old Duplication glitch it worked about 4 months ago.

Does it still work? If not is there any new ones out now?
