It won't let me sell the following:
Adder
Entity XF
Cheetah
Feltzar
And
Vacca
This are my remaining cars in my garage and it won't allow me to sell any of them, the option isn't there?

If you have duplicated any of these cars then you will not be able to sell them. If you have not duplicated them then try signing out and signing back in

Did you ever glitch those cars into your garage? If so that could be the reason

Im level 361 and no i never duplicated them but i did do the DNS thing on the 360 and bought the cars with that money? But i did have other cars that i bought with the glitched money and it let me sell them.

I dont have a clue why you cant sell them then, the only thing i can think of is youve duplicated them with the elegy thats why you cant sell them.
But as youve said you havent duplicated them, seems quite odd to me.

Like you buy an elegy then you get your friend to park their car up at the side of the garage then shoot the elegy until it goes on fire then jump out the elegy and into your friends car and it will duplicate your friends car but it wont sell because it was an elegy at first, but if you did this with say a Rebel then it would sell because the Rebel is sell able, this was the old Duplication glitch it worked about 4 months ago.
