Haven't watched the videos but off the top of my head I can think of a couple that can be knocked out in not too long.
Styles Master - 95 Luke Kuechly. & 95 Peyton Manning (Luke is great, he was my MLB Up until I pulled P Willy, Peyton is definitely the best pocket passer that you can get for 10k or less.)
Dual Styles Master - 95 Ryan Karrigan & 95 Mike Pouncey (Both perform well)
Trophy sets - each grants you 10k or 50k not too sure but once you complete them all you get 100k and a 99 overall Barry Sanders who is a hell of a stud and goes for about 175k on a good day.
