Iv made over 60 accounts and I received 2200 FP on all of them and now when I make accounts I only get the legend shot pack . If someone knows a fix I will +rep!

try loading fifa up on your main account first then sign out and log on to the other accounts and so on
i had this problem until i sussed it out

Sounds like you need to clear your Xbox cache. Do this by powering down console with console button not joy pad. Unplug power cord from back an press the power button on console a few more times to make sure all powers has depleted. Stick the power cord back in an power on with button once power pack turns from white to orange.
