Hello ttg I know this is not supposed to be discussed or be used on this site, but I'm having some issues. Me and my friend are trying to game download. He's telling me that on the ready to install list its empty when I bought games on his account, and for me on his profile I can't find the game I'm looking for on the ready to install list when he did indeed buy them. Any ideas why?

Make sure that you have his account set to your home Xbox. That could be the problem.

If a password is changed, it will disconnect the game share.
