Build it(very easy), don't buy a shitty pre-built in which they shove crappy quality components in to maximise profits.
Whats your budget and currency?
I can promise you can get loads better if you build it.

AMD Have weaker per core performance, the I5 Quadcore will out perform the 8320.
8GB of ram is the most you need for gaming, gaming is going to not use no where enar 16GB of ram.
Where da fans? Im assuming you mean LEDS? Go whack in Christmas lights. In all seriousness LED's dont make your computer perform faster.
