If you think about ants and other small bugs or insects and how little they are. Think about if we are that small to other people and were actually really tiny but other big people see us as really tiny bugs? We just see all of our stuff large because we are up close to it.

The concept is possible, but I don't think the way you've worded it is.
There are rules in physics about conservation of energy and input/output which makes me think this would be impossible with 'other people' or larger beings.
It's the same reason why giants, past a certain point, couldn't exist.
If they did exist they would have to consume a huge amount of material and do very little because moving would take up so much of their energy.
It would take a different Universe with different laws for these larger beings to exist, they couldn't exist within our Universe.
If you take the idea of 'larger beings' out of it, and change it to 'larger things' then I would say it's perfectly possible.
There's a novel called The Incredible Shrinking Man in which a man continuously gets smaller and smaller until he eventually falls into another Universe.
So not only could there be larger things, we could be part of those larger things to another Universe, just as there are larger things compared to us in another.

Huh? If they were so big we would surely see them, right? I'm sure ants see us, as do other insects.
