I got help from a few and switched from i5-4460 to 4590, hoping its good change, and radeon r9 280x instead of the 280. What do you guys think? Need any change for not much more?

Im thinking about going back to 4460 not much difference between them, and its cheaper, and I don't use overclock so that would be pointless.

I already told you that PSU was poor quality. Don't get it, waste of money. No need to waste $10 on mobo in this case. N200>Core 1000>MX300>that last Amazon PoS you linked on last thread. N200 is $3 more than MX300, Core 1000 is cheaper, and better. 4590 is a waste IMO, just grab the 4460.

What I suggested was $20 cheaper and had an SSD;

285 is same performance as 280x, but more efficient. Spend the extra $10 for the 280x if you wish, will still only put you like $3 over.

The 60GB SSD is enough for OS and a few smaller games until you can add an HDD for mass storage.
