When i start it sats automatic repair and then it goes then i go to troubleshoot but i cant reset my pc or refresh it can someone help me please?

As above take out the battery take out the power cable, hold down the on/off button for 10 secs and plug the power cable back in s attempt to switch on

maybe your operating system is corrupted, try to do a clean install of windows on it

You are better off contacting ASUS directly if it is under warranty. If it isn't and you are feeling up to the task i would recommend reinstalling a fresh copy of windows like ZooMods stated.

This is your best bet...if this does not solve the problem then i believe you would need to contact asus directly, as a physical piece of hardware in the laptop could be damaged and need repair/replacing
