Alrighty so i built a computer a while back and just yesterday my nephew decided it needed to be tossed down the stairs. It was apparently a "Prank" .. SO.. I need a new computer because this laptop only has an AMD A8 which is GREAT and all but i need a stronger computer for gaming and streaming.

I have a build i set up on PcPartpicker.. Heres the link [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] Let me know if there is anything i could cut costs on and still be good. Would like to get a bit closer to $1200. Thanks in advance!

Well you dont need buy windows, There are many ways to get it fully activated for free.

A full size case is not needed. A mid would be perfect.

Do you plan to overclock?

Why do you need the network adapter and sound card?

4 extra fans? If you want to save money dont spend an extra $60 on fans when the case already has some.

SSD when you can. If you're not overclocking, save money by getting a Xeon E3-1231 V3 instead and dropping the Phanteks cooler, stock cooler is fine for stock speeds. Money saved can go towards an SSD.

Samsung 850-EVO, Samsung 850 Pro, Crucial MX100, Crucial MX200 and Crucial BX100 are all good SSD's.
