Need some help putting the fps higher or making the graphics better on my laptop

Im assuming the Laptop isnt very good,
You have a few options when it comes to getting a better performance.
- You could upgrade (You cannot do this with all Laptops well atleast not easily)If its a higher end laptop with a dedicated GPU you may be able to switch out the GPU with a more up to date one or you could add more RAM
- Make sure your laptop power settings are set to high performance if you are on windows 7 I believe you right click the power icon and change power settings (You will have to google this)
- Make sure you are changing the graphics options on games to the lowest
- Clear out programs from loading on startup so you have less processes running, type msconfig in the search bar and go to startup and disable any you dont want running (If you dont know what something is google it)
- Run an Anti Virus/Malware scan
- Uninstall anything you dont need
- Defrag your harddrive, Get a program such as mydefrag. (This wont do a whole lot)
