Have you contacted him, in a respectful matter, regarding that he didn't do your account? He could have forgotten since he probably gets a lot of orders and private messages.

Yes I did he said he was doing all his odors all that nice he got on my account and he said he did I got on and he did not do it

If you're able to provide proof that he went on your account and did nothing, then you should post it. If you're going to call someone a scammer, then back it up with some proof. Not trying to be rude as I may be a potential customer but I don't like people calling others scammers without proof to back it up.
