So I sold my xbox 360 awhile ago and I'm looking to buy another one. I had games downloaded on my profile so If I download my profile onto this new one that i'm getting, will I still have my games on the account?

Your downloads will be in your download history when you get you profile downloaded and you can just redownload them from there im pretty sure.

All you have to do is license transfer the games if they were purchased on your account then that's all you have to do.

You might not even have to license transfer considering you have the account with the games on it, and you are going to play on the account.
